Fantastic, Tati! It is Caroline Marshall I'm most interested in - my eldest daughter is named after husband's mum who was named after her great grandma Caroline Marshall! Caroline  married a Tindall and one of her daughters was Daisy Tindall who was my husband's gran. You have saved me a lot of money but more important to me is time - I really struggle. I did find Caroline on I think it was 1881 census with 3 children, youngest was Kate, Daisy as yet not born - but can't find it again. Only sendingfor certificates I'd really like to have.

That's it Tati. Printed it out this time, not going to risk losing it again! I'm constantly amazed at the speed you find everything - but computers weren't around when I was at school!

Thank you so much,  :D

Hi

My Ann Clarkson married a Tindall, and I beleive some of her descendents moved to the scarborough area.

Best Wishes

We have some Tindalls on Scarborough, but significantly earlier:

John Tindall born c.1760 m. Isabella before 1786.  Children William born 1786 and Isabella born 1793
