Burial site

Thanks to help from this site, I was able to find where my uncle was killed, in India, in 1921.  I now have his birth and death certificate as well as his medal cards.  Where can I find his burial site?  I know that there are probably records in the British Library in London, but that doesn't help me much since the Library is 6000 miles away.  Are there any other places that I could look.  Thanks a lot.

Have you tried a search of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission site?

I know they care for WW1 and 2 cemeteries - don't know about between war deaths.

it's worth a try but if his death wasn't war related , he might not be recorded

Later burials (from at least the 1860s onwards) have the additional information such as cause of death.

If you have anyone serving or living in South Asia, the British Library's records are a must.

Thanks all.  The Commonwealth War Graves Commission has only WW1 and 2., and he was "killed in action" in 1921.  I will try the other websites and see what happens.
