Hughes Totnes/Kingswear 1891 Census

Hi, I think I could have found my Grandfather on the 1901 Census.  When this was taken he was 11.  Would someone be able to see if they can find him on the 1891 Census?  He was born in either Totnes or Kingswear in about 1890 his name was Frank Henry Hughes and his Mother's name was Elsie Hughes, who was born in Newington Kent, she was a widow in 1901 and her occupation was a Dress Maker.

Hi Adrian .....I c the prob with young Franks age came to be as the enumerator accidently placed Elsies age in young Franks spot and then crossed it out and put 1...hope that clears it up
