I'm looking for Alfred James Surridge d. 1928, and Elizabeth Surridge d. 1933.

This is quite an old request, so I don't know if you still want this information, but if so, it might be worth contacting Watford Council, as there are quite a few cemeteries in Watford. 

It is quite a late burial, and it is not listed on the Hertfordshire Burial Index.
