Teague, Nicholls
« on: Sunday 16 July 06 22:19 BST (UK) »
I would like to hear from anyone who can help with information on William Teague who married Ann or Johanna Nicholls. They came to Australia with their family in 1858.  I think they came from Redruth.

I think Johanna was born in Redruth and William may have been born in Ruan.

Sorry Joe, but going on records I do have my Johanna was 50 in 1858, the year they came to Australia.  That would put her birth at 1808.  I found a note saying that her father could have been a James Nicholls.  I haven't been able to confirm that though.

Yes Joe this is the right one.  Is there any info regarding Johanna Nicholls b at that time in Redruth?  My husband is descended from Mary.
