Hi Chris

The short answer is no. What kind of search are you looking to do, is it person or property ?

Electroral Rolls are a bit hit and miss until around 1928 when all adults were entitled to register. Before that you may find that there are no women, except for some over 30 that could vote in local but not parliamentory elections. There were also restrictions placed on men who did not own property or pay a certain ammount in local rates. Most of the working class of the day would be excluded.
