Hi

Helen Easton, the wife of Thomas Bell, was the daughter of John Easton and Margaret Hunter from Muiravonside. John was the brother of my ancestor Alexander, born 1794. The Easton family comes from Carriden. Please contact me for more info at (*)

Hi, I realise you posted this a while ago, but these names are also in my tree! Alexander Bell married a Catherine Pope(?). They were my Gt Gt grandparents. Their son John Thornton Bell married Helen Finlay Stanners in 1872 in Carriden and they had a son, James Finlay Stanners Bell (b1888) who was my grandfather.
At the moment, i haven't got much further back than Alexander and Jean Miller.
Please get in touch if I can be of help!
Stanners, Bell, Ramsay, Kerr, Scougall, Gibb, Archibald, Todd, Laird Johnston, Cosgrove, Robertson.
