This is a picture of my mother Jessie May Mathias, taken when she was eight years old, that would be in 1909, if anyone wants to use the costume for dating purposes.
I have never known it anything other than a brown fading photo.
Could someone dust it down and spruce it up for me? It would be lovely to see it clearly.
