I can't find it  The following family is the closest I get, I leave it to you to decide but they are not a good match.

could you show the complete entries for what you found in 1861 only i cant find a edward in stourbridge on the 1861 cencus?
if i can see the dates of birth maybe i can find them in 1841

In 1841 There is Elizabeth Williams in Beoley Age 25
However she is with Samuel Williams Age 30
Both born in the county, no occupations

Also at same address are Helarah Craddock f, age 40 (best I can make out)
John Terry age 65 Ag Lab
Ann Terry age 70

Address is Holt End in Beoley

the 1861 census I found them on is RG09/2072 Folio 90 Page 42

Birth dates approximate'
Edward         Father        1803
Elizabeth       Mother       1805
James            son            1848
Joseph           son            1852
Mary              Son            1851
Richard          Son            1846
Richard is the main person I am chasing as I cannot find a birth certificate so am hoping to go back as far as possible to confirm birth place or where the family was living at the time.
There might even be more children I have not come accross yet

there is a richard williams of correct age living with grandmother in stourbridge on the 1851 cencus could he be yours? his place of birth is down as wolverhampton staffs.

there is a richard williams on the IG1
richard williams bapt 8th jan 1843 brierley hill stafford.parents edward and elizabeth williams.
with this in mind if he is yours then the richard on the 1851 looks a distinct possibility
