Apologies to moderators.   'm new to this. I'll be more careful with copyright in future. I thought as I transcribed it it would be okay?

As for Green St Derby - I don't know that end of Derby very well but I've just looked on the RAC map of the area and I can't find it. I think I'm right in saying the childrens hospital is no longer there.

Sorry this isn't directly relevant but I have lots on early Derby/Derbyshire Peggs. Mine left Mickleover for Birmingham in 1820's but I have records of several siblings in that generation and previous generation including a William born 1754. I'm interested in sharing any/all Pegg/Pegge information even to keep on file for the distant future.

as far back as ive got in my pegg family is daniel born 1826 born in etwall derbyshire he then moved to nottingham beeston my dad was a pegg born in basford nottingham
