Hello Osprey and Deb, Many Many Thanks for your input and information, its greatly appreciated.
Deb, I do have the cuttings of the court case of Abraham, they were kindly sent to me by a relative, was sentenced in 1883 to 20 years, and its in the 1891 census you find him at Gillingham Kent Prison, he was released early, as he married Selina Lee 1900, in Heston. but the 1891 census is the only one he appears in, but many thanks, maybe we will find a family connection somewhere

Hi Osprey, I do have most of that information, these three Boswell families (Ephraim, Fesches, and Samuel) I believe are related, but trying to find the connection is the hard part, Ephraim never appears in a census & Fesches only in the 1861 census.
Also the Boswell's at Roche Carbis, "oh for a name"
But thanks for the info on James & unity in Jersey, now that's intriguing, maybe a name change for Old Abraham, that's a little gem of info, (maybe the whole lot of them had alias) that's why they are so hard to find? I will certainly look into that, I cant thank you & Deb enough for your help & time, it is very much appreciated,
Regards Colleen.
