Is anyone else researching this family?
John Shepherd was born about 1767 in West Drayton and married Elizabeth tillier, St george's Hanover square, 2 Nov 1793.
They had 11 children.
I've traced this family right down to the beginning of the twentieth century and, it seems, they were farmers at Hubbards farm, west Drayton.
all, of course, for my line who was James, who was born 10 Oct 1811 and was a butcher by trade.
He married Eliza Beal at St george Hanover square 24 Oct 1837 and ended his life in St Pancras.

Hi, I am researching this family.  John Shepherd B1839 Colham Green Hillingdon, son of John & Elizabeth Shepherd.  He married Elizabeth and had Kate, Emily, Frederick & Frank.  My line is Emily who is my Great Grandmother - would be very interested to hear from you and share info.
