Barkers in Stepney

I am looking for information on a Thomas Barker, have no date of birth but he married mary Anderson in Stepney, in 1778.  They went on to have azt least five children: John Hugh Lovell, William Collins, Marcia Antonia Stanhope, Thomas Michael Tantum and Mary - can anyone help?

I think this will explain some of the middle names of the Barker children

Thomas Barker married Lucretia Tantum, daughter of Joseph Tantum and Susannah Collins, about Jan 1754. I presume  the 1778 marriage to Mary Anderson was a "second time round".

Susannah was Joseph Tantum's second wife; his children by her were William Collins Tantum (bpt 1721/2); Lucretia Tantum (b. 1723/4) and Joseph Tantum.
