I recently received some pictures from a distant relative of my family who emigrated to the USA (Syracuse, NY State)
When they moved they had 2 children but when I looked at the family studio picture there was another child with them.
Can anyone help me track down this child
The family were
James and Rhoda Mary Carruthers (nee Harris)
He was born 1870 ish (Carlisle) and she was born 26 Apr 1877 (Hesket in the Forest)
They married 23 Sep 1902
Before they emigrated they had
William James 1903
Dorothy 1907
They moved over to the US on 1st September 1912
They travel from Liverpool on the “CAMPANIA”. The address they are travelling to is given as 104 Prospect Park, Syracuse, NY.
In 1921 they are living at 217 Manlius Street, Syracuse, NY
Can anyone find census information for the family or birth details for this mystery child?
