I have only just begun my research of my father's family. In 1908 William and Rose McDaid, my grandparents, lived on Creggan Road in Derry. As I believe they married in 1900, they were probably there for the 1901 Census, which would give me so much information. However, as I understand it, it is only available to view on microfilm - and is not yet online - and I can't travel to Ireland. Is it possible to purchase a CD or buy an extract of the census? I would be grateful for any advice as to how to obtain it. Also, could anybody tell me in which parish Creggan Road would have been? Thank you.
