Messages, Replies and E-mails

The problem is that you havem't enough posts to be able to use PM system properly- see Help pages-

I just read the message that it takes 2/3 post to be able to use the personal message program.  This would be post no 2.

Hi there I have just joined and mailed someone about something, I can't for the life of me remember how I did but anyway I now have their message in my inbox but I can't see how to reply!?

Please help!

I guess it's in this thread somewhere but it's so long to trawl through and find it I'd much appreciate a little help.

Hello - years ago (it seems) I posted a reply to this topic & got my answer thanks.

& I then kept getting notification by email that there had been a subsequent  reply to this topic - which I was no longer interested in.

On the email it alliowed me to unsubscribe from this topic which I did & I no longer get the emails

However - these still appear when I look at  'new replies too my posts'

How do you get rid of these please ?

I'm afraid there's no way John.

Unless a mod takes pity on us and kills it off before its time, we have to live in hope that it reaches 20 pages some day. (Seeing as it seems to keep being split, it may outlive us though )

Tati;  I notice that on 'My Profile'/'Notifications & Email' there is a means to unsubscribe from selected Current Topic Notifications.

Do you think I'm going to look through 94 pages of 15 topics per page to achieve my aim.  You are right - I'm not

If you aren't interested in the subject any more - just ignore the notification
