Elusive Milwards in 1841 - Redditch

My MILWARD/MILLWARD are some of the poor lot!!!  Seriously struggling with them.

Can you PM me with your email address, please?   I have 6 .jpgs between 500 and 1200 Kbs, probably scanned 10 years ago before I new what I was doing 3 computers ago.

Hello Friends,
I have a Millward link in Birmingham and wondered if she is related to any of you.
She is Ann Maria MILLWARD , button coverer of 5 Lower Camden Street, Birmingham (and daughter of george MILLWARD, a Cooper). She married William PIPER, a bricklayer, on 11 may 1873 at All saints Church, Birmingham.

Is Ann Maria related to anyone reading this?

Have been spending approx 3 years tring to research these pesky Milwards. I seem to be bouncing between Worcestershire record office and more recently Warwickshire which seem to turn everything upside down that I thought I knew previously.
My line more recntly in history come from Redditch, were needlemakers and possibly come from Ipsley before that, or so I thought.
I now discover that they may come to Ipsley via Tardebigge and could be named either William or Joseph depending upon which marriage entry I view fro his sons. This would be a birth possibly around 1789 but who knows given the other differences in facts!

I know this a very long time since your post but I was interested to see that you have Pountney as well as Milward which I do too. My Milwards are Redditch my Pountneys Wolverhampton/ Birmingham.

Hi there

I am looking for the family of James milward  needle makers redditch,  i have found u on roots chat so i have just joined so i could contact u.  This is all new to me and its taken me all afternoon just to work out how to use the site,, sad really he he.
James  fathered a daughter  called Sarah he and Sarah's mother were not married he is on the birth certificate i believe.  Have u any more info on this family,  what is the 250 calender and the item written by jean Neville? all good researching i hope. i will look in my pm page i am not sure how to do it any other way at the moment so look forward to hearing from you.

I believe the James and Sarah(s) you mention are in my family tree. Unfortunately my computer crashed and died a few weeks ago along with my family tree information, though fortunately I did back it all up externally not too long before. Once the laptop is repaired and I have reloaded my family history software I will resurrect the family tree and get back to you on this thread about the relevant line of Milwards. I have information on them going back to about 1600.
