Anthony- thanks so very much for the information- just the person I was looking for in Moy. John Morrison came from Moneydig originally and his son died in WWI and I'm trying to get some details on this branch of the Morrison family. Thanks again.

Anthony- another favour please?
Could you check 1920 directory for Morrisons in Moy-
earlier was John Morrison but by 1920 might be his son Hugh Ranken Morrison?

Mary Lennon- could you do me a big favour and look up the following in 1923 & 1925?

Moy, Co. Tyrone- Morrison
1911 was John Morrison (died 1922) wondering if later his son Hugh Ranken Morrison was listed.

Many thanks.

Hi Anthony & Christopher and others!

Just a quick and wee question about these directories--is it possible to look up on the farmers in them?

I am looking for my lot in Tullyrusk, Lisburn area.

Hope there is a helpful lead this time.  ;D

Kind regards,

Tees

Hi Anthony

Would the Old Park military barracks be included in the directories?

I have details that my ancestor Cpt John Morgan died at Old Park, Belfast, abt 1871.  I am thinking that he may have died at the barracks there.

Would appreciate a lookup if possible - many thanks.

Anthony and Chistopher,

Would you be able to look up Thomas Leighton(Lighton) b abt 1792 and Elizabeth (Wark) b abt 1793.  They left Ireland sometime between 1828 and 1832 for Scotland. I have no clue as to which County they came from.
Elizabeth Wark parents would be Henry Wark and Elizabeth Kid.

Also Thomas Leighton and his wife Jane (Ferguson) who would be the parents to the above mentioned Thomas.

Thank you so much!

Hiya L L,

I think they may be on the young side to appear in a directory.

Chris

I was hoping that maybe the parents Thomas Leighton and Jane Ferguson might have come up.  I have hit a big brick wall that I have not found my way over.
