I am doing some research on the Burns Family. Elizabeth born 1840 eldest daughter of John (1818-1899) was my Great great grand mother. What is your interest? and do you need any more info?.

Hello Ian
The line I have been researching is Elizabeth born 1840 - baptised at Brigham.  She married Joseph Whinn in 1861 at Cockermouth Reg Office.

Elizabeth is my friend's Great Grandmother.  I have quite a bit info on the family but also a number of gaps I have been unable to fill.  I would appreciate any help and would be willing to share information with you.

I'll send you a private e-mail
