Remember William's first wife Elizabeth? Nearest marriage I see on the IGI is this:
WILLIAM ANNITTS  - ELIZABETH SYMONS
Marriage 14 oct 1850   Donnington, Hereford (Donnington is close to Ledbury, apparently)

  Wonder whether his 2 wives were actually related... 1841 has an Eliza Symonds age 15 in Eastnor, and she's the daughter of the William Symonds found above (=if it's her, Phoebe's cousin)

apparently  edith fanny  annetts had a child before she married james price, called phoebe, who also went on to have a child before marrying, called ken, he is still alive
