 8) Look at this!  8)
1871 census
Eastnor, Herefordshire
RG10/2682 132 5

William Simmonds, head, 71, parish relief, b. Eastnor
Esther, wife, 60, b. Gloucestershire Dymock
Esther Coldrick, niece, unm, 38, Charwoman, b. Herefordshire Ledbury

So the above marriage looks really good.

Tanja  :)

I see she's already with them in 1861, age 33  ::)

Yes, quite chuffed  ;D

Remember William's first wife Elizabeth? Nearest marriage I see on the IGI is this:
WILLIAM ANNITTS  - ELIZABETH SYMONS
Marriage 14 oct 1850   Donnington, Hereford (Donnington is close to Ledbury, apparently)

 :P Wonder whether his 2 wives were actually related... 1841 has an Eliza Symonds age 15 in Eastnor, and she's the daughter of the William Symonds found above (=if it's her, Phoebe's cousin)
