hi ,sorry for the delay in replying, but I have been in hospital, and not been well for the last month. I am very interested in your findings for the Mudway family. I am researching them for my husbands cousin, his mother was Beatrice Ellen Mudway.her father was Hubert Henry, B. 1892, and mother was Beatrice May Young B. 1893. Are these part of your family tree?

Sorry to hear you have been unwell and hoping that you are getting back to full health.  I definitely have information of Ellen and her family....I am currently on holidays in UK  and not due back in Australia until the end of the month, so I do not have access to my files. 

I am aware of the Hubert and Ellen and definitely have their ancestry in my files.  As soon as I return to Oz I shall send the details to you

Back now and have had a look at my file.  I have spoken previously to other relatives of your cousins, both here in Australia and UK!  How amazing.  Hubert's side did give us a lot of trouble sorting them out....anyway, here's what I have:


1.  Beatrice Ellen Mudway married Hubert James Mudway (b1891 d 1927).

According to my files (some need verification) they had 7 Children including a Hubert Henry,

Huberts parents were Thomas James Mudway and Ellen Hoare.

Just wondering if you can help. Richard Mudway 1880 c married Sabina Bullock daughter Emma Mudway B 14.12.1908 died 1987.married Alan Thomas 1910c.Have been told they had six daughters,any help in finding them please.Alan Thomas was my husbands uncle.

Hi, I'm the distant cousin referred to in other correspondence.  We have no record of any children of Beatrice Ellen (know as Nellie).
I'd did speak on the phone to her sister (Beatrice Matilda) Betty a few of years ago. They were a family of eight:
