HI ya,

Im currently researching my family tree too and find your post very interesting. I too have Cunninghams within my tree, infact my nana's maiden name was Cunningham. Dont know if there is a link but they were from Kilwinning and shotts areas. I have dated back a little way late 1700's early 1800's.

Names such as Margaret/Mary/Agnes/Andrew/William/Jeanie are all common amongst our family.
Surnames: Wallace/Hardy/Walker/Cunningham/Forsyth/Dickie/Wilson
Please let me know what you think.

Nice to get a reply from you. The first one through rootschat.
Peter Cunningham married Mary Sawers 12/10/1871 at Old Luce Wigtownshire, Scotland. Their family were Andrew, Margaret, Mary, Peter, David, Marion, Jessie, Emily, William and Agnes.
Mary (mother) moved to New Zealand with 5 of her youner chldren.
