Hi there,
Sorry for the tardy reply, the george b needle is the one!
The "son" is in fact George Taylor, his brother Percy Taylor (My partners g/father)was living with George B Needles brother Timothy in the 1891 census(in Banbury) and is down as a nephew.....From what we can gather(this line is the nightmare btw lol)......A Mary Taylor married George Branson Needle in 1886 in Warwickshire, she died in 1887....we assume he kept Mary's children(or at least George, while percy may have lived with Timothy permanently)......We found George B Needle as Percy listed his father as "George Branson Taylor" on his marriage cert in 1911......no such person exists......and we stumbled on the needle family(mainly because of the name Branson

).....we have the censuses of the Needle family George B,Timothy etc in Banbury as children........we're a bit stumped to be fair,as no matter what we do we can't go any further back with Percy's father.....Mary Taylor being FAR too common a name.
Hope your research is going well!
