Croucher FAmily from Empshott/Alton/Binstead/Greatham Area

I have been trying to find the ancestors of Henry Croucher b about 1813 in Hampshire. (he is my ggggrandfather)

I have found him on the 1851 census on wards and his birth place is listed as 1851 - Grinham, Hants,  1861 - Surrey?  1871 - Hemshott (sic) Hants,  1881 - Greathan, Hants, 1891 - Greathan Hants.
He died in Kingston Upon Thames in 1893 age 79.

I have tried to find him on the 1841 census in Hampshire with no success. I can't (yet) find any sign of the Croucher family in Greatham Hants on the 1841 census.  I have no idea who his parents are. Has anyone any ideas???

Where can I look now?  As i live in Chester, it is unlikely that I will get to look at the parish registers in Hampshire in the near future.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Parents Charles Croucher and Anne (nee Etheridge)
Living at Norley Wood,near Beaulieu.

other children
Charlotte (married Smith) 1792 (living at Bull Hill with her own family)
Isaac born 1795
Elizabeth born 1798
Henry as above
John born 25 may 1805
Charles born 4 nov 1810
Sarah born 2 Jan 1814

As listed in the Comyn's New Forest book of 1817.
Hope this helps.

Sorry just realised Henry listed was born 10 years out of date.
There is no other Henry listed in the book for that time.
Have you checked familysearch.com website? There is a CROUCHER Geneaslogy website:

It mentions several Henry CROUCHERS but none born 1813.  Lots of info, so worth a look.
