Gadget -

Many thanks for doing the chatroom images / screens. Helped immensely since I was afraid to "click" on any of the buttons in case I would commit mayhem in the chatroom. what does the "options" box allow you to do?

Is there a dress code for the "learners lounge"?  :D  :D

Pels / Gadget -

Why is the subject of cricket off limits?. Being from the USA I no little about the game and would like to learn.

01debbie -

It'll probably be crowded in the corner with so many of us wallflowers.   ;D

Will try and join in Thursday night. Need to rush off now to begin learning  jargon / shorthand and practice my slow typing

Hi yn9man

See the fourth image in my little message. Basically, you can change the colour of the various backgrounds - a bit like interior decoration  :D :D :D :D

You could ask Barbara (Tephra) about cricket!

THE RULES OF CRICKET

You have two sides, one out in the field and one in.

Each man that's in the side that's in, goes out, and when he's out, he comes in and the next man goes in until he's out.

When they are all out the side that's out comes in and the side that's been in goes out and tries to get those coming in out.

Sometimes you get men still in and not out.

When both sides have been in and out including the not-outs, that's the end of the game.

Howzat?

Interior decorating? That's great .... another skill I need to master.

indiapaleale -

Thanks for the rules   :-\  ???  ;) of Cricket ...

Got it ... or at least I will once I figure which side is which,

who is in and who is out,

why they may be or are in or out,

what they did to be in or out, and

if you are not in does that make you out or does not out make you in?

Can you be not in, in, not out, or out at the same time?

I think I needs another glass of vino ....   :)  ::)
