Patrish,

its no too bad depending on how many people are in there. It varys every day and night. All you do is sit and watch and if you feel like joining in thats fine. Sometimes we are doing look ups up for each other and other times just general conversation with a laugh.

Yes, yn9man 2000 hours.

gjil -   ;D  ;D  ;D

Many thanks for your assistance and looking out for me last night in the chat room. Sorry I couldn't stay long (had long distance phone call) but next time I will. It wasn't as scary an experience as I expected. It will take time to get used to the speed of conversations and of course learning the short hand.

Enjoyed the conversation even though I was probably several minutes behind .... at best.

Again many thanks. Looking forward to my next experience.

Ever so glad that you went in, yn9man  :)

I'm back to full connectivity now, so maybe I'll pop in again soon.

Patrish - have you ventured in again yet?

Gadget -

Thanks for the nice words.  :)  :).

I "dropped in" for a while but the pace of the conversation at times was overwhelming but I did survive. Will go back in and maybe try and board or two.

01debbie -

I agree so many people, or it seemed, said hello, welcome. They made me feel welcome which I appreciated. I had a harder time following the conversation and the "short hand".   :)  :)But I will try again.

Debbie  :)

I think that I was in when you came in and left pretty sharpish. It can be daunting but having people say hello is nicer than being ignored  ;)  You just have to say Hello once. It's when you're there that you have to keep saying hello to everyone else who comes in afterwards.

Another etiquette note: it's also best to tell people that you are leaving and say Goodbye  :D
