And here's the second half:

And I give and devise unto my son Robert Underwood and his heirs All that messuage farm lands and premises in Whepstead in the said County called Pyes Farm or otherwise with the appurtenances and all the stock and crop and effects which may be thereon for his own use and benefit subject nevertheless and Charged and Chargeable with the payment of Sixty Pounds at the end of twelve months from my decease to my said daughter Mary and also subject to the payment of Ten Pounds a year to my said wife for so long of her life (commencing from my decease) as she may not reside with my said son and with powers of distress for the recovery thereof
And Also subject to the payment of any sum of money which may be charged upon the said premises by way of mortgage

And I also give to my son Robert Underwood the farming live and dead stock household furniture and effects of and upon my occupation at Brockley aforesaid and adjoining Parish or belonging thereto for his own use and benefit he paying all rent and outgoings in respect of the said occupation.

And all the rest and residue of my personal property after payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expenses I give and bequeath unto and to be equally divided between my six children Robert John Thomas Mary James and Elizabeth Anne share and share alike.

And I appoint my sons Robert and Thomas joint Executors of this my Will, And I declare that inasmuch as I have advanced One Hundred and Fifty Pounds to my said daughter Elizabeth Anne there shall be taken from her share of the monies to arise from the sale of the Hargrave Estate the sum of Fifty Pounds which shall be divided between the three other of my children to whom the produce of that estate is bequeathed

And in case of the death of any of my children before the receipt of their shares I declare and bequeath such shares to their respective issue but if no issue to the survivors of my said legatees equally.

And I revoke all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I the said testator have to this my Will contained in two sheets set my hand to both sheets and my seal also to this second sheet the day and year first herein before written

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator as and for his Will in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Probate of this Will was made in common form before the [Rev] John Barwick [***] Clerk Surrogate to the Worshipful Charles Hourse Wodehouse [**] [**] Commissary to 2nd February 1832 by the Oaths of the Executors to whom admon was granted being sworn to saving all right.

Thank you for posting this. I had sent a private message to your address before your message was "moderated", but somehow it did not seem to get through to you. I have John's son Robert Underwood's will that I can pass on. I have not transcribed it, but will try to get to that this weekend. I will try to go through the site's personal messaging system this time. He left his estate mostly to siblings Mary, Elizabeth and Thomas and their heirs, but also to Thomas' business partner John Peters and his heirs, which I thought was interesting.
