Hi Joy

The place to write is to the State Records of NSW, the web address is above in my first post to you.

I am going to the library today so will have a look to see if I can find something.

Hello Joy

I have a few things for you that I found today.  Firstly, from the Convict Indents, various details for William and John Tuck and Sarah Rumble/Rumball.  If you can PM your email address I will send them to you.

Also, these:-

Ticket of Leave/Pardons - Sarah Rumbal, John Renwick 1838
Number. 47/266, Reel. 960, Shelf. 4/4212

Female Factory Records - Sarah Rumble, John Renwick 1838
Assigned to Henry Harvey, Field of Mars
Ref. 43/5255, Shelf. 4/2610.1, Year 1843

Sarah Rumble, John Renwick 1838
November 1843, disobedient, 10 days solitary confinement
Ref. 43/8830, Shelf. 4/2610.1, Year 1843

You will also see a reference to a Mary King, Sarah's daughter, who was also transported but she was not on the same ship.  I didn't find anything on Samuel and there were entires for several William Tucks but would have to look further to find your William from the Portsea. (Colonial Secretarys Correspondence and Letters).

Hi
I have just read your coments on Sarah Rumble who was the mother of my 4th greatgrandmother. Wow another convict! Just wondering if youve found any more on her or her husband. like birthdates or places.
