DEC 1920- THURSO TO ST. JOHN, N.B.
« on: Thursday 11 May 06 22:06 BST (UK) »
MY DAD AND HIS BROTHER, WILLIAM AND JOHN STANLEY GARDNER, SAILED FROM SCOTLAND ON THE SHIP PRETORIAN IN DEC 1920 LANDING AT ST. JOHN, N.B. I AM SEEKING INFORMATION ON HOW ONE GETS A COPY OF THE FORM 30A FOR THEIR ARRIVAL.  I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THE FILE DOES EXIST AND HAS BEEN VIEWED BUT NOT COPIED.  IS IS POSSIBLE TO OBTAIN COPIES OF THEIR ARRIVAL DOCUMENTS?  ANY ASSISTANCE WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Hi Dave,

If you go this website, you can obtain the microfilm and get a copy of the form 30A.

Looks like number's T-15034 and T15035 are the ones you need.

Hi Dave,

I know this is an old post, but form 30A's are now available on line!   Did you ever get a copy of them?  If not let me know.

Hi Karen,

Thank you for again looking at this.  In fact, I have not been successful in obtaining this material.  Could you share the process with me?
I am still eager to obtain a copy.

Regards,

Dave
