i dont know if you have tried the IGI, but i found a NATHANIEL PROCTER christened 08 JAN 1843   Wolstanton, Stafford, England, parents Samuel and Hannah.

Marie, Thank you so much. This is very helpful & is very likely a lead.

The Nathaniel Procter I need to find would have been born c.1815 as he had a son, Levi Procter, born c1832 in Buglawton, Cheshire.

This Nathaniel is possibly a family member of my Nathaniel, possibly a nephew (ie this Nathaniel's father Samuel & my Nathaniel could be brothers)


Thank you again, I feel I am one step closer to finding my Nathaniel.
