TUCK family lookup 1841 Census

Greetings,

First time request so hope protocal is up to snuff.

I am looking for a Reuben Tuck b 1814 in Downham?, who married abt 1838 , who eventually shows up with a dau Jane b 1844 who is 7 years old on the 1851 Census living on Wisbach Rd.

Believe this Reuben is son of Thomas Tuck b 1790 and Elizabeth Youngs b 1793 married 1813 in Upwell.

I cannot find a wife for this Reuben son marriage.  LDS site shows Mrs Reuben Tuck only.  She is missing on 1851 Census.

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a marriage showing up in the correct area round about birth year of daughter Jane but you would have to send for certificate to check his father's name and which bride

Alternatively you could send for Jane's birth certificate which will give mother's name.

However at the moment can only find this birth registered in Wisbech and it doesn't fit with the above marriage date

Just to confuse you even more there is a birth registered for a Jane Tuck in Mitford Norfolk. Quarter ending Dec 1843. X11, 220.

Going round in circles now.

I'll have a look for a possible earlier marriage for Reuben
