help with photo please

This is a photo of a very dear friend taken when he was about 8 he is 80 now and going blind it is the only one he has as a little boy could I have a bit of help please for him to be able to see it.
Could I have a clean up
possibly made bigger, also a bit of colour would be nice.

Hi Sue... have increased the contrast and tweaked curves and sharpened a bit more than usual to help your friend ..  a sepia tinted version for you .. :D
