1841 Eccles area Census Look up

Thanks to Leslie I have my Monumental Inscriptions on the Creak Family of Wester Whitrig.
Does anyone have the Eccles 1841 Census details as I would like to find out more about any Creak or Craik names in Eccles area. If not, does someone know were to find the details.
I found the will of Thomas Creak who died in 1849 in the National Archives for Scotland.

Hi Emma,
According to my research Thomas Creak or Craik plus his wife Jane and children Alexander, Thomas, William and David perhaps others.
They owned property at Wester Whitrig and were tenants at Easter Whitrig all near Eccles. They had left Temple and are not in that 1841 Census. Thomas and Jane are in the Eccles graveyard.
Name was sometimes spelt Creack or Craike.
Alexander would be about 17 the oldest child.
