Hi

Do you have any idea where they married or where they may have been living at the time of the 1851 census?

There is yet no index that covers the whole of Kent for 1851.

Best wishes

Thanks - they were married in the "independent chapel in Farnham on 12feb1839. At the time they were both listed as lin=ving "in Bramshott" He was a gardener. The chapel ids also referred to as "East Street Chapel. The minisyter looks like Joshua (or Josiah?) Johnson.

Hi Peter

There appears to be some confusion here ...............I believe Farnham is in Surrey and Bramshott is in Hampshire.

Are they expected to be in the Farnham/Bramshott area at the time of the 1851/1841 census?

If so, would you like to modify this post and let us move it to the Hampshire Lookup Requests board or would you prefer to post afresh in Hampshire in which case we can delete this posting.

Best wishes
