You're right ,I hadn't noticed that because it was crossed through.Could they have been apprentice shoemakers or do you think Mrs Rebecca Clarke was a private teacher,hmmmm.
Anyhow as far as I can tell Penelope Ginger is the only one on the 1841.
That's unless anyone finds another hidden somewhere.

Found her on the 1851 and she is back at home  ,occupation dressmaker.Living Church Farm Lt Hampden.Father has 250 acres.

Sorry in the delay in replying, I haven't logged on since yesterday afternoon.  In response to your query about Penelope, she was (as you will have seen on the 1851 census return) the daughter of James and Sarah Ginger of Little Hampden farm.  The Gingers farmed there back at least to Elizabethan times.  The 1841 entry is very odd.  I concluded like you that she must have been an apprentice shoemaker.  They certainly started them young in those days.  One of the children was six!
