The nose of the lady on the right hand side is slightly upturned compared to the other one too!

No I think the eyebrows are different.  They look similar but I don't think it's the same lady.  Very pretty girl though.

I'm torn on this one.  They look so similar to me, apart from the eyebrow situation....the lady in the top photo does look slightly older than the second one.  Maybe it's the same lady and she started plucking her eyebrows?  :P   Although the clothing and hair are so similar it would indicate the time between the two pics wasn't great.
Hmmmm...I don't think that's helped at all, has it  ;D

I think plucking would not have led to her having a thicker "mid-section" of the eyebrow than before. I really think the eyebrows are different shapes and the faces do look different to me.

Although I recently had to have two lots of passport pictures taken as the first lot (please God!!!) looked nothing like me!

The noses are different.  However they do look very similar and the photos look like they are taken around the same time.  The woman in the 2nd photo looks younger, it's hard to tell how much younger though but I could see how she could be more than 5 years younger.

 ;D Mrs Lizzy - I once saw a humourous travel book called "When You Start to Look like your Passport Photo, It's Time to Go Home"!  I can SOOOOO relate to that.  My current photo makes me look like a ghost, and unfortunately unless I "lose" it, and pay a fine for doing so  >:( I'm stuck with it till 2013.  Oh well!

Anyway, back to the ladies....yes, I think you're right about the eyebrows.  Also, having had a better look, their chins and earlobes look slightly different, and the hairstyles (but of course they can change from day to day).  Definitely different blouses. 

The remainder of their faces are very much alike though.  They have to be sisters, I think.
