In 1912 the three girls were living in Euston Street, Belfast, when they signed the Ulster declaration, as did William Clarke sign the covenant,from the same address.Elizabeth Clarke (mother) signed the declaration of the Ulster Covenant. So did her three daughters, Alice Clarke, Edith Newell and Eveline Clarke.
