Yesterday I received a photo that my cousin sent. It shows my mother, her younger sister, my grandmother, my mother's elder sister. :) :) :)
I was delighted with it and scanned it to another cousin in Canada. It replied to say that it is the only picture of his mother that he possesses. She is the pretty youngest child - died in Spain of cancer about 1975. The photo was taken about 1925.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

ozlady - I have found that every little bit of family history is hard-won and all the more wonderful when you score.
Mo - lovely to hear from you again. I still use your design, as you can see.
All - I apologize for the size of the photo - I really thought I had made it about a quarter of that size. My cousin Paul took the original to Boots and they made a superb copy for the huge sum of 75P. I didn't even know the service was available until yesterday.  8)
