Thanks anyways Diddy.... back to the drawing board to find out where they went to! Seems like the Scottish side of my family was almost nomadic!! Joking - I have read the history and strange laws of the time so I understand WHY they moved so much. Just wish they could have left a note on the table saying where they were moving to!!
Yes, I have been a little busy....driven actually..... have been doing genealogy research for over 20 yrs, have my father`s side back 400 years + but my mother`s side in Scotland has been my brick wall the whole time. Hence when I happened on RootChat I am here finding as much as I can instead of sleeping. It`s 2 am here now and I have to be awake and on the road in the morniing!! LOL I have found more information in 3 days here than I have in all the attempts I have made over the last 20 years.
