Dear Diddy,
I thought i had deleted that but no! I realised when I was writing it that it was PRE-1855 and i was doing post 1855. I have to go back and get some pre-1855 ones for you. Its on the list.
Thanks for letting me know and I'd better get back to those English ancestors of mine!

Wondering if you could do a lookup for Isabella Maxwell, nee Turpie.  It appears she had a daughter, Catherine, born in Newburg in 1838, then husband, Andrew, remarried in Falkland in 1842.  Andrew and Isabella were also married in Falkland.  Thanks in anticipation....Lee

Hi Lee and welcome to RC.
There is no mention on the fife MI's (pre 1855) or on the fife death index (Pre 1855).

if you are looking for info on a specific person you could now start a new thread. we are usually a helpful bunch!!

I don't know much about David Lumsden but Margaret Dalrymple was born
in 1764 in Ceres in Fife. They had 3 children baptised in Boarhill & I have them there in the 1841 census. regards dancing lady
