Chances are there will be hundreds of Arnotts in Fife! You'll need to narrow it down somewhat.

the MI books are organised by place and only then indexed by name. I have the NE and Western Parishes, not the SE.

The death index however is searchable.

I'm not too clued up on areas but I have:

1. Thomas Arnott, and Annie Grunton in S East around Auchterderran, Dysart, Kinglassie areas.

2 Ness family around Falkland, Stathmiglo and Collessie

hi there, 3 Thomas Arnotts on fife death index:

1: died 30/3/1549 Kinglassie

2: died 5/2/1797 age 59 kettle,Chapel

3: died/buried 22/25 /3/1768 Cupar. sugeon
