Also found this in my book  Guiseley St Oswalds memorial inscriptions in the churchyard

it reads

Of John HOLMES of Esholt, Gamekeeper, who died April 1st 1879, aged 64 years. Also Elizabeth, wife of the above, who died Jan 23rd 1900, aged 86 years. Also Mary Hannah LAYCOCK, daughter of the above, who died July 30th 1923 aged 73 years

I visited Esholt Hall a few months ago! Its now owned by Yorkshire Water and they use it for meetings/conference facilites etc. Theres a lovely little priests hole on the way to the toilets! Its in the floor, covered by glass so you can see into it. I'd have rather explored the Hall than go to the meeting I was there for!  :)
