Help Required Please

As many of you may know I have been having trouble finding any information on my gg grandfather JOLIEN HENRI WALTERS.
I have received some information and maybe someone can suggest if this could help me find him.
His parents THOMAS WALTERS and HANNAH NEWTON has 21 Children.
Jolien was born C1817 in the Devonport Area.
Any suggestions to match him with anything with this information?
Kindest Regards and appreciation.
 :)

Thomas WALTERS married Ann NEWTON at Plymouth Charles 9 Oct 1807. However, I cannot locate any evidence of a son named Jolien/Julien Henri being baptised in Devon.

Hi,
Thanks for the replies.

I have been thinking about what has been found perhaps I am stating the obvious but to me Jolien Henri does not sound English not with his parents having true English names.  To me it would be John Henry. There is no record of him in the UK and he uses the name while at sea and he was using this name in Australia as the information shows but his childrens name are all "English" and you would think that his name would be carried down at least once?
He is certainly a man of mystery.

How do you 'know' that his parents were Thomas & Ann/Hannah and that they had 21 children? It may help track him down.

'Jolien Henri' might be a version of Julian Henry  :)

Where and when did he marry?? If his children were English maybe this may help identify where and when he was in England!!
