Hi Chris, I was wondering if you could please do a couple more lookups(partic on the 1871 census)
1. William George Houghton married to a Amelia(nee Muckle), probably in London in 1871 if alive.
On the 1871 census on line there were:
104 William Houghtons listed, 50 of them associated with London, only 1 William G Houghton but he is aged 3 years.
5 Amelia Houghtons listed all under 14 years of age.
2. David Hughes Somerville b 1840 Ireland, but living Middlesex in 1871. Married to Ann.

Henrietta, Dau, Unm, 2, born Camden Town, Middlesex
Arthur I, Son, Unm, 3, born Islington, Middlesex
+ a 16year old domestic servant.
3. George(a butcher) and Amelia Eyres(Ayers). They would have been in their 70's if alive in 1871.
1871 census on line produced :
George Eyres in his 70s zilch
George Ayers in his 70s - 1 match, aged 70 in Newington, London with his daughter Mary A Baras (45) and his granddaughter Mary Baras (12)
Amelia Eyres / Ayers only 1 match aged 76, but married to a William aged 74
4. Robert McDonald and Margaret Ann (Turnbull)were living Berwick on Tweed in 1871.

5. William Turnbull and Jane(Robertson), parents of Margaret and poss still alive in B on T 1871.
