Hi Bruce
Had a scan through the Glenravel online "Timelines" and came across a number of references to Frazer's that might be of interest in the belfast area.
Jul 1844 - "The imperial Hotel, Donegall Place is now completed.  It is acknowledged to be the best and most elegant hotel in the north and its proprietor,
Mr T Frazer, wishes it to be known that an omnibus is always available to transfer travellers and their luggage to the railway terminus and the steam packets, free of charge."
Sep 1844 - "A fete was held in Botanic Gardens in which the band of the 5th Fusiliers players and Mr Batty's company of equestrian performers gave a display.  Over 4,000 people attended.  A tent was erected by
Mr Frazer of the Imperial Hotel to provide refreshments."
Feb 1849 - "
Mr Frazer of the Imperial Hotel died suddenly aged 34."  That would put his birth at about 1815 or 16

Sep 1857 - "
Thomas Frazer has been charged by a constable on behalf of the Society for the Prevention of Cruely to Animals, with wounding cows as he put them on the Whitehaven Steamer.  It is said he plunged a knife into the cows near the rump so that blood came."
Nov 1872 - "
John Frazer (38)committed suicide, by strangulation, in a house ot Letitia Street, Of Millfield.  The deceased who was a pensioner, was a dealer in Smithfield. He left a wife and family.  Verdict of death while in a state of insanity."
Apr 1888 - "
Martha Frazer was charged with larceny of a pair of boots, property of James Tiernan, Falls Road. She was gaoled for three months."
Aug 1893 - "

Hope this is of help
