Poor House Perth/Tibbermore HELP!

I was wondering if anybody  had any information about the Poorhouse in Perth
 I have exhausted the usual  web sites.
I have come across a birth in the Poor house in1883.
 The birth is registered in Perth, on the certificate it has poor house Perth then underneath Tibbermore.
Was there annex of the poor house at Tibbermore ?
I know that  the Poorhouse  was called  theTullylumb Institute and later  Rosslyn House but cant understand where Tibbermore comes in to it.

This is a long shot, as the original post was such a long time ago but I have exactly the same on the birth record for my Gt Grandmother. It says Poorhouse Perth with Tibbermore in brackets beneath. Just wondering if you managed to get to the bottom of this little mystery at all?
I'd wondered if it meant that the baby was born at the Poorhouse in Perth but that the mother was from Tibbermore. I can't find any record of an annexe of the Poorhouse in Tibbermore itself; given its size, this seems unlikely.

On this 1855-1882 map the Poor House is located outside the Perth 'Parish & Municipal Boundary' Written in capitals just above and to the left of the Poor House on this map, is the word TIBBERMORE, so likely the parish the Poor House was in??
