Its my great grandmother's name.  I've just found her today and I've found RootsChat today so it seemed appropriate.

Goodness knows why I chose Emmeline - so many letters for people to type  ::)
Still, I was checking on an ancestor that day - Clarice Emmeline - so I guess that is what prompted it and it is a pretty name I think - nicer than my own   ::) ::)

Have just read all 17 brilliant pages of this when I'm sure I should have been doing something much more trivial!
I was very clever, Ecneps is my surname backwards, thought it sounded better than my first name backwards, not so sure now, and almost always sign Barbara anyway  ::)

I wanted anonymity and remembered a Willemina Roberta  somewhere back in my past, and decided that was tooooo long so I  looked at shortening Willemina to Bill and Roberta to Bob got BillBob but that didnt work so added the "Y" out of the middle of my real name and ended up with billybob. Which is not bad considering my real names, 1st and surname both begin with B, and wanted to get away from the old nicknames from my childhood BugsBunny Bridget B etc. then to throw more confusion into the pot posted my picture.
