I use my real name because I am totally opposed to the use of pseudonyms on the internet.
If everyone had to use their real name spam would dissapear because it could be traced back to source and action taken.

I apologise if this hurts anyone but I feel that everyone who uses a pseudonym or other form of anonymity on the internet is actually aiding spammers.
Cheers
Guy

I see your point, Guy, but it's easier to do that when you're called Guy Etchells than Elizabeth Phillips.  Fox-Davies Armorial Families says there are 116000 totally separate Phillips families in the US alone - let alone how many there are in the UK.   Those who want to spam us will do so with false names, just as there are "bad" people out there who will always think up new ways to try to steal our money.  Having to use real names may also deter some perfectly genuine people from using this and other sites, who wish to protect their privacy.
