Just sitting here browsing on a miserable afternoon and what do I find? A brilliant link from Crumblie to the index of burials at Woodhouse, Leeds.
My great grandparents, Emily (Lapish) and Thomas Walker had, according to the 1911 census, 9 children of whom 3 had died. I had only found 8, until today! I had suspected that the missing one was the first born and now that has been confirmed. The poor mite died aged 7 weeks soon after her parents marriage. Thank you.
