I think that should be Roscrea...  have you a marriage cert for Ellen ?
It should show her father's name and occupation which could help locate your Cunningham family on the Irish 1911 census.

Ellen should appear in Civil records, but probably without the middle name - i.e. the BMD Index - see :

close to the possible year of birth you mentioned - there's a possible match, but you would be a good idea to start with the marriage to confirm the father's name for your Ellen, just in case this relates to a different Cunningham family :
